I just looked up Alfonso's record, he has 6 suspensions on his record.Why?

I just looked up Alfonso's record, he has 6 suspensions on his record.Why?

He was suspended on his fight dates but still fought on these dates.Maybe someone can explain what that means?I can't find any explanation on boxrec page.
