Carlos Ortiz vs Ken Buchanan in their prime at lightweight

Whoever watched the Carlos Ortiz vs. Ken Buchanan was when Ortiz was past his prime and retired after losing the fight. I wanted to ask you in your opinion, who would win in their prime at lightweight? In my opinion, Carlos Ortiz would decision Ken Buchanan in 15 rounds by outboxing and outslugging him.
