Guys,
Just saw Escalera-Everett for the first time. For years and years I thought it was the robbery of the century. Having just watched it however, amazingly the Philadelphia announcers and myself saw a MUCH closer fight than I had been led to believe for years and years. However, it was still a terrible decision no doubt. I expected this brutal beatdown by Everett, but both fighters had their moments. Just that Everett was still a clear winner, but not the blowout that people believe. I had it 9-6 Everett.

Ed Derian screwed up the annoucing of Solis' card and had to re-read it.
Herb Goldmen of Ring published the cards as:

Ray Solis: 148-146 Everett
Ismeal Fernandez 146-141 Escalera
