McGregor:'Golovkin, I think came to camp for this preparation badly out of shape' ????
"Canelo and Golovkin, I’m not really too much of a fan of either of those. I think Canelo’s a little bit stuck, a little bit flat on his feet. When I watch footage of him, I see him just getting peppered, he has no feet under him. Golovkin, I think came to camp for this preparation badly out of shape. I’m looking at him badly out of shape up in Big Bear and I just see a drained individual," McGregor said.
WTF he's talking about??

He's talking about Canelo and Golovkin.

There was a clip on his YouTube channel of him watching Crawford-Indongo the other day. He was basically calling Crawford sloppy, saying they looked like it was the 30th round. Guy is a complete blagger when it comes to boxing.

I believe there’s also a picture on Sergey Kovalev’s Twitter feed whereby he’s having dinner with GGG (around the same time) and Gennady looks heavier than his Russian friend.
This video is relatively recent:

They clearly show Golovkin being a lot softer around the middle in comparison to what we’ve all been accustomed to (in comparison to his typical fighting shape).
There are undeniable traces of love handles and an obviously protruding belly.
I personally feel that any claims about him currently being capable of competing at 154lbs are completely unrealistic.

May 27th is a long time from a fight. Having a belly between fights like that, 2 months after and nearly 4 months before a fight doesn't mean a boxer will be out of shape going into a fight.Enlightened-One wrote:I posted the following links to this forum on the 27th May:apollo creed wrote:"Canelo and Golovkin, I’m not really too much of a fan of either of those. I was merely trying to explain the reasoning behind Conor's opinion, since these photos were commented on by the media quite heavily.IKSRTFO wrote:May 27th is a long time from a fight. I suspect that neither McGregor nor Mayweather Jr. would gain that sort of weight between fight camps, which may be the reason why the Irishman said that GGG entered his Canelo training camp "badly out of shape".

He is a blagger when it comes to anything. He made a lengthy spiel before the first Nate fight about people being so scared of his punches they resort to 'panic wrestling'. He then became so scared of Nate Diaz punches in the fight that he gave us a demonstration of the art himself. An utter fanny.ElJefe wrote:There was a clip on his YouTube channel of him watching Crawford-Indongo the other day. Indeed, GGG looks flabby. He probably likes to eat a lot those tasty mexican dishes.

my funniest CWank moment was when he posed for a photo with Ronaldo and they both did muscular poses, and Ronaldo's abs looked much better, so Big Man 'I'm So Foookin Fookin Fookin Confident, Me, I'm So Fookin Confident I Don't Know How To Lose Or Even Understand The Concept Of Fearing Defeat', in his next interview he went to massive lengths to stress that the only reason for the difference was that The Big Man CWank was 'flexing more lats, you know, whereas he (Ronaldo) was flexing more abs', and then he absolutely had to mention that 'of course I'd slap his (Ronaldo's) head off' (in a fight, presumably, not that anyone was asking, like, would World's Best footballer and gay icon Ronaldo beat Champion professional MMA fighter CWank in a fight, not that that was the question on any fvcker's lips but still the Really Fookin Confident CWank felt the need to say so)...Tomasino wrote:He is a blagger when it comes to anything. so anyways what I am saying is despite possibly-contrary appearanceas, CWank is such a little pantwetter he can't even sit next to a footballer who looks better in his pants, without having to stress to all and sundry in a subsequent interview, exactly why said footballer looked better in his pants, and that he would beat said footballer in a fight
anyone think Ronaldo spent time in subsequent interviews, stressing the fact that he'd be much better than CWank in a game of six-a-side?
Re: McGregor:'Golovkin, I think came to camp for this preparation badly out of shape' ????
that's nothing for 4 months out....he's not the shredded type anyway
Re: McGregor:'Golovkin, I think came to camp for this preparation badly out of shape' ????
GGG would need 1 minute and Canelo 1 round to knock him out. Conor should better shut up, he sounds more arrogant and stupid as time goes on.

Hahahahaha I remember the photo and CWank (stolen) going on about "I'd slap the head off him". Just how people think he's so confident and I don't know. There was a poster on here, a good poster, who reckoned Connor was his inspiration in how to live his life better. Each to their own I suppose.

I don't think a truly confident person would have to mention either why Ronaldos abs looked better or that he would slap his head off in a fight.

I think people dont understand 1 important point.Counter-puncher wrote:I don't think a truly confident person would have to mention either why Ronaldos abs looked better or that he would slap his head off in a fight.
Just because somebody is rich, famous and good at 1 thing doesnt mean they cant be insicure. Because maybe they are bad at 10 other things.
Conor for example, if he wouldnt have his physical gift and training atitude than he would be a low life, cause in terms of school academic he aint much. A plumber who made small money.
Re: McGregor:'Golovkin, I think came to camp for this preparation badly out of shape' ????
Ya, I get the impression that he always has to tell people (and himself) that he's the better man, even over stupid petty things. Remind you of anyone
The whole 'I'm making the most money/I'm this/I'm that' thing is boring to me, but he's obviously drawn in a certain type of person.

Yeah. From what I've seen, he usually has a little belly fat before camp. Always makes weight with ease. With how hard he trains, the fat would help sustain and prevent overtraining by fight time. This ain't the UFC where you can cancel a fight due to a hangnail.crusader wrote:that's nothing for 4 months out....he's not the shredded type anyway

They are of a similar ilk, though McG seems more obnoxious to me than Floyd ever was.

McGregor is begging to have his ass kicked ...
Re: McGregor:'Golovkin, I think came to camp for this preparation badly out of shape' ????
GGG was 170 pounds in 30-day weigh-in. Obviously he will make weight but usually he is 165. Canelo will win on points, something like 116-112.
