What's interesting about this is Nery almost seemed to brag about his ability to put weight on.

As for Nery his comments to the media was about his ability to put weight back on and he's stated that he will put on around 18lbs between this morning's weigh in and fight time, essentially making him a Lightweight in the ring.

Would be very interesting to see his ACTUAL weight on the night as a 15% increase is bloody huge! It might not seem like a major isue, but in a way cheating the scales, in a similar (but reverse I guess) manner to using a diuretic

Mexicans seem to have that draining thing down. Nery did look huge in that ring too.

Nery looked juiced. His shots appeared to have more pop than I had seen on footage, and he seemed much bigger. But . . .
