Re: WHO WINS? Lee Selby vs. Josh Warrington
I'd have warrington the bottom of the 5 - Selby, Frampton, Galahad, Quigg and himself.
I think Quigg's his best chance as I think the others would be able to outbox him. He'd land more against Quigg but I don't think he hits hard enough to hurt him and deter him.
There's some cracking fights to be made at featherweight mind.

W@rren made a "big" offer to Selbys team and heard nothing back apparently...

Warren isn't serious about an offer until he mentions putting the money in an Escrow account.wesshaw1985 wrote:W@rren made a "big" offer to Selbys team and heard nothing back apparently...

When Frank says he's made a 'big' offer to someone, be 100% sure that fight is never going to happen.wesshaw1985 wrote:W@rren made a "big" offer to Selbys team and heard nothing back apparently...

Re: WHO WINS? Lee Selby vs. Josh Warrington
Warrington wins on points, he's improving with every fight, Selby is overrated and Warringtons constant pressure and workrate would cause him problems, plus the fight would probably be in Leeds.

Offer is on the table, Warrington is waiting on Selby apparently - http://www.BS.com/josh-warring ... le--119094
Re: WHO WINS? Lee Selby vs. Josh Warrington
100% Selby. The bookie's odds will show that. Not that it will stop Warrington from giving his all, but Selby competed at a whole different level. Selby's probably Britain's most underrated world champion. I'd love to see Selby fight Frampton. That would be a tough call.

Re: WHO WINS? Lee Selby vs. Josh Warrington
hopefully W@rren can get this made for next summer at Elland Road...
Re: WHO WINS? Lee Selby vs. Josh Warrington
Selbys too much for him
Re: WHO WINS? Lee Selby vs. Josh Warrington
I still think Selby wins but his inactivity is a concern. Warrington looked fit and determined last night from the 4th onwards and if Selby isn't in top condition it could be a close one down the stretch.

I agree with this. Selby boxed 3 times in 2 years. While Warrington has been matched well getting valuable rounds. I think it's a closer fight than most people think.

If you had a fiver for every time he’s said that you could almost stage the fight yourself.wesshaw1985 wrote:W@rren made a "big" offer to Selbys team and heard nothing back apparently...
How many big offers for Saunders/Flanagan etc....Saunders is now travelling to Montreal mid December so Frank doesn’t need to spend anything.

Re: WHO WINS? Lee Selby vs. Josh Warrington
Yeah I can’t imagine Selby seeing anything in Warrington to bother him at all. However complacency could be a factor if they do meet - although I maintain Selby is a level above, he’s been inactive and could overlook Warrington as being any sort of threat, so he could end up getting outworked over the distance if he comes in unfocused (which isn’t exactly rare with Selby).wesshaw1985 wrote:https://twitter.com/leeselby126/status/ ... 9956900866

Since Selby beat Gradovich - left Matchroom and joined Haymon he’s barely fought in 2 years.Boxerbeetle wrote:Yeah I can’t imagine Selby seeing anything in Warrington to bother him at all. He’s getting on the odd ITV card but the move certainly has stalled him and inactivity is only thing bringing Warrington closer to him.

Think the bigger/better fight will motivate Selby more.Boxerbeetle wrote: ↑09 Dec 2017, 17:58I stand by this assessment.Boxerbeetle wrote: ↑22 Oct 2017, 12:11Yeah I can’t imagine Selby seeing anything in Warrington to bother him at all. Skill wise he’s different level to Warrington.
Re: Lee Selby vs. Josh Warrington - TBA
I think Selby is probably the most overrated fighter on this forum.
Josh is going to prove a lot of people wrong when this happens.
