I made a short Video about the fight on saturday.
Oleksandr Usyk vs Marco Huck.
There are my thoughts and predictions, but also promo for the fight with highlight CLips of both fighters.

Usyk is a 1-100 favorite in spots.

I am surprised that this fight is not talked about more. Huck is bit over the hill but hes at least known by most boxing fans. This is good yard stick to measure Usyk. IF he is as good as many people seem to think he should beat Huck pretty easily. If he struggles then he probably is not all that.

Out of Usyks opponent I have only seen Glowacki fight twice and Mchunu once before. He looked great against both but that is still not that much to judge him with yet.

Who knows maybe Usyk is the next Haye

I'm surprised by how lopsided the odds are for this. I mean, Usyk should be a substantial favourite, but 1/100!? It's in Huck's backyard, Huck is no scrub, and many fighters have given rejuvenated performances before. Usyk was also getting touched up a bit last fight, though he was dominant after a slow start.

I did a quick search and apparently some places had Garcia 1/40 against Salka.

Just think it's a reflection of Usyk more so than Huck. Great boxer with great stamina - Huck's nightmare.

And yeah, pretty horrid that these fights are getting no coverage. The failure of getting US tv makes the US scheduled fights even more pointless.

Yeah. Most of these guys would do very well with the HW top 10, outside of AJ and Usyk possibly outboxes him. Nothing new though. CW has been overlooked for years.
