Fight slowing down a notch.

Usyk moving side to side and making Huck miss.

Usyk round again.

Usyk takes another round...

Boxing really well... But seems to lack some power on those punches.

Maybe with a major roids program he can jump to #1. But really, the winner of this tournament will have some serious all time CW accomplishment.

I think the roids started when he moved up. Either way, I'd be shocked if usyk has never partaken.

Huck got rocked, Usyk slips and Huck tries to hit him while he's down on the canvas and gets a point deduction.

CW accomplishment yes the winner will be in contention. Best CW fighter though is a different question

Usyk has the skills, speed, accuracy and stamina. Only thing he misses is power. He will rule the cruiser but I don't think he would do that well in HW.

Even on accomplishments it's a long road.

Good fight. Huck is very tough. That was no 35 to 1 fight as was the odds. As for Usyk moving to heavy, heavies are too big nowadays. The pros are long overdue for a seperate super heavyweight division!

Good fight. Great start for the tournament.

My guess is it will be ended by the same guy that started it :geek:

Usyk has also a solid chin. Huck was able to land few solid shots but I don't think Usyk was really hurt even once on that fight.

Eh, the tourny winner will have serious clout in the all time ranking. We can do the fantasy thing of past legends all day. It's boring.

Crazy performance by Usyk... never stopped applying pressure with constant flurries... punched a little wide at times without thinking about defense which could be dangerous vs a straight puncher who can counter... but wow.. crazy stamina... just had Huck exhausted and unable to punch back

Usyk vs Briedis will be interesting

I agree. If Usyk wins I cant see how he's not in the cruiser ATG discussion.

Let us enjoy ! IMHO Usyk might be top 5 pfp, and Huck is an old, experienced lion, from Balkan. :TU:
Usyk is only 2 years younger than Huck. Huck has had a lot of wars though.

If anything, he's overrated here. I don't think he is, clearly a top 15 fighter in the world. But we have our JIP's and Valmar's that have him as a God.

Right now, after only 13 fights, he is #2 ATG CW (only Holy is above him).
I can imagine him against Ortiz or Wilder (and healthy Haye, why not) next year.....It would be the pure hell...Boxing is still alive....

Whoever wins. This thing is stacked. Wonder if Huck is done though. He just doesn't have it for these skilled guys. Still tough as nails and can land with authority but can't do much versus a sustained attack.
