Do you not have any concerns about Saunder's conditioning ?

Might hinder him a bit but not enough to cost him the fight

Never watched it but I have been told Munroe v Rosado on the Canelo v smith undercard was absolute trash.
100% tedium.
Wife was saying don't fast forward it, by the 8th she said do what you want.
But we stuck it out, should have got a prize or something, even a cream egg would have sufficed.

Interesting no mention of the ppv today.

No undercard fights announced either I was expecting a couple if it will lead up to GGG v Canelo

Saunders looking in quite good nick surprisingly at the presser.
Probably doesn't want to upset many more trainers as nobody will be bothered with him .

Got ringside tickets for this, well excited. Think Billy joe will come away with the win in good style. Really looking forward to watching the pigford vs Smith fight and also seeing Dubois and Yarde. Although looking at the schedule Yarde ain't got an opponent yet so looks like he will be fighting some cannon fodder

Saunders is looking in the shape of his life, hopefully Dominic Ingle has him firing on all cylinders mentally as well as physically, he was absolutely woeful against Akavov and I had it a draw, if he's in the same mindset against Monroe Jr then he loses this fight, thankfully Saunders looks well up or this one and a fully motivated Saunders beats Monroe Jr comfortably, Monroe is a pretty slick fighter himself but lacks the will to win against top fighters, the Rosado win was dominant but Gabriel is finished at a high level

Even the Saunders that beat Lee beats Monroe Jr easily but I reckon we might see the best BJS ever in this one, i'd be surprised if he can stop Monroe Jr but I reckon he'll win nearly every round

The concern for me is the strategy going in and what Ingle is saying between rounds. I think Ingle is a great trainer, but not a great strategist. Just my opinion, I'd like to see him prove me wrong.

Ingle knows the craic more than people think. He wasn't poorly advising Kell at all with GGG. He told him, do your best, get paid, and I'll pull you out if it gets too much. Same with Spence, Dom knew Kell couldn't do 147. Made Kell a millionaire, like...

If Billy comes in on top of his game , with an improvement mantaly and physicly , he should do the job and probably win comfortably , but if he has'nt changed and is still just talking the talk , well it could be him on the wrong end of a discison .

Listening to Saunders interveiws , i getr the impresion that he really believes he's got the right tools to beat an aging GGG and thats where his focus is ,, if thats true he better change focus because Monroe is'nt great , but he's not bad eithert and thats exctly where i wpould put Billy Joe on a world scale

BJS should have enough to decision Willie. It may be close and / or controversial though. We will see how BJS flips the switch from recent efforts. It doesn't workout as planned for most.
