They were happy for Burton/Yarde to take place on BN/BT though.
Nemesapati isn't going to help his development - he'll walk through him inside 3.
Why was Original opponent changed ? I see he fought in Canada on Sat night.
No mate, they where clear that they wasn't interested in any talk of Burton from the minute the board made their announcement.
Frank and Yarde made it clear the only interest would Buglioni which they offered big money for and It was Buglioni who started calling Yardes name in he first place a few months before.
Nemespati whilst not being fantastic is actually probably Yarde's best opponent to date so it's not all bad. Yes he lost, quite a few but Dirrell, Feigenbutz and C Smith etc have fought him in recent times so he is not a complete no hoper and will probably extend Yarde who is a patient fighter anyway to 3 or 4 rounds which would be good for him.
Only warren and ford would know what the issue was, but all I would say is that Ford was the one who announced the fight on social media a few days before Frank so he had reached an agreement at the beginning...maybe he came back and asked for silly money or something or maybe Frank wanted to change something who knows.
You say FW offered "Big Money" to Buglioni - but he offers loads of money to loads of fighters - how many ever get made ?
Verdejo / Selby / McDonnell / Linares / Buglioni etc.
Flanagan has fought bin men since winning World Title - easiest mandatory defences ever - he calls everyone out on Twitter yet Petr Petrov is best the could get.
McDonnell was accepted waited on contract for weeks - fight on BT/BN - then pulled plug on the offer.
You say Big Money but he's not delivering any in recent times ?
I'm not sure what relevance any of that is to the topic tbh- all cases are individual. I could counter that by saying frank recently got one of the biggest upcoming talents in world boxing in Gervonta Davis to come over to the UK the other month.
Frank made his offer to Buglioni public and spoke figures which would be his largest purse (as Hearn did in response) Buglioni refused. You can't force the other side to accept.

It's relevant because it's ok sitting on IFL shouting I'll give you 100 large to fight Yarde - big difference is delivering it.
McDonnell waited between 6-7 weeks after accepting only for it to fail to deliver. Maybe Buglioni didn't want to take that chance ?
He's now likely getting more on AJ undercard.
How much really did it cost for Davis ? Floyd had no shows and chance to showcase him in Europe.
Point stands none of the other guys have been delivered in recent times - Flanagan is prime example.

He can't force the offer to be accepted but he had a route to force the fight to happen. Which they didn't take.

Your not really trying to make out that allegedly isn't capable of delivering Buglioni V Yarde if all sides where happy with the deal? Get real mate.
He promoted Buglioni from the start to recent times and by all accounts they parted without any issues. He also delivered him a world title shot on UK soil.
My understanding on the McDonnell thing was that it was Butler who wasn't happy with the deal and wouldn't sign his contract extension. Also Weighing it up I doubt it made any financial sense to pay Jaime a fortune to come over when its also very likely he would easily beat Butler. Now Butler is with Hearn and he has both fighters he can pay them both what's he wants - it's simple business.
Terry Flanaghan is managed by Steve Wood not frank. If they had issues with what Frank has delivered then I'm sure we would have heard it by now.
I don't know how much they paid him as Frank did a deal without it going to purse bids but Gervonta Davis would not have been sent over to the UK by Haymon if the deal wasn't sweet no chance.
