We all age... But boxers with greater knowledge and skill age better... Their technical skills carry them when their physicality is compromised... So Oscar was done at 34 and Floyd carried on for a few more years... As usual he made adjustments.

We all age, certain fighting styles lend themselves to longevity, others typically if they are a less technical fighter or rely more on physical talents that feminism with age, don't last at the top so long.

Is Roy Jones a lesser fighter than Hopkins as he was less technical and more reliant on speed and reflexes. The majority will have Roy higher in the ATG stakes despite Hopkins lasting longer.

The facts are that fighters peak and age at variety. Making your obsessions with numbers and quoting ages meaningless in most arguments
