The last PPV I got was Froch vs Groves 2. (In front of 80,000 people at Wembley.)

I was going to buy Joshua vs Klitschko, but wasn't very well at the time. So decided against it and went to bed instead.

I'm trying to cut back on what I buy. If there's a PPV vs A Freeview show also, I watch the freeview show, no matter what the PPV is. I feel obliged to give viewership to free boxing, otherwise it'll disappear.

The sad reality is I think they thought they'd get better viewing figures for an old Clint Eastwood film, than they would showing an unknown Ukrainian and German (which may be true).

I love Clint Eastwood films. When is this on?
Hopefully it's the Eiger Sanction. I like that one.

What was that one? Pale Rider, was it called? When he was that Preacher guy.

And at the end, the girl is running around shouting; "Preacher....."

I'm making it sound worse than it actually is.

Pale rider was great. Nothing like a nice piece of hickory.

Well said beer ! I'm along the same lines and the only ppv I have ever bought in my life was the Joshua/ Klitschko fight .

Free to air sport is king in my book and ppv's should be reserved for mega fights, not the ten a penny fights that get that treatment nowadays .
