Anything where the greatest manager in the Sim history (me) isn't in control of the destiny of his own stable doesn't appeal to me.

We already had Nino vs Griffith 2 already agreed to for Week 28, and I could very easily have fights for my other guys lined up by the end of the day. I'd much rather do that as opposed to have my fighters compete in fights I didn't sign off on.

Maybe managing your fighters doesn't matter as much to everyone else, but it matters a lot to this guy.

If you wanna book the people that ain't doing their jobs as managers without their say so...whatever, but I'm ALWAYS doing my job as a manager, and I refuse to let anyone do it for me.

If you want to do it, go for it. Anything to help this season speed up. I thought this season was pretty fun, but we are almost at a standstill as of late. We need some new managers who are active.

I want to pull my fighters out of the season if I don't have full control of them every single week. I don't play that "Let someone else manage your guys for a week" sh*t.

I'll just sit 'em out for Week 28 if you guys insist on doing this, but I won't be thrilled about it as it's robbing my guys of another victory they could earn.

We hereby authorize FOL to send our entire fleet of first class fighters to bash, crash and thrash Gilgamesh's stable.

Into tiny indecipherable bits and pieces.

I authorize it on behalf of all things holy, and decent. A realm where you have little authority.

GBP the most benevolent, beneficent, kind and honorable organization that has every roamed the simulated universe has sanctioned this.

We must do what is in the best interest of the greater good. And it's best if you accept this with happiness and enthusiasm.

Surely you see the logic of this, why should YOU be allowed to just go willi nilli and having undue influence upon the gestalt outcome of things?

Resistance is futile. Borg up, and embrace the abyss.

How's about Greb vs GGG in Week 28?

Tommy Ryan will be in line for a shot at either the vacant MGM Grand Cup or the IBO Title or something in Week 28 with a win this week. Greb is open to face Golovkin.

Nino's already booked for a rematch with Emile Griffith next week.

GGG vs HG? Sure.........just know that H.G. could end up in the Wells.

And...we both know that Greb's software is on steroids......so I know how it will end.....but.....we always take the top fights.

H.G. is prepared for whatever consequences may come. Greb is confidently of the opinion that..through some fluke some in the Sim may "Get a win" on him once, but no man can beat him twice.

2 of his losses have come via DQ. That has more to due with corrupt officiating than anybody being a better fighter than him.

I get why Gil wants to manage his fighters but I think it's fair if once a season why have a commish choice week. At the end of the day FOL and others put in a decent chunk of time to keep this running and if this is something they want to do then fornicate it, they deserve to do it.

I'm all for commish week in 28. We used to do it one/two times a season in the past. If we do the commish week, I'll set up week 29 as best as I can if Crease isn't back.

I sincerely just don't even wanna participate in the Sim anymore if I don't have full control of my fighters always. ALWAYS!!!!!!!

Let those agreeing do this Commissioners Choice BS. I'll match my fighters against CPU opponents. I demand I control my fighters, or I just don't even care to participate in the Sim.

Well maybe your fighters can just sit in the corner while the rest of our fighters are given orders and show you how it's done.

Compliance, obedience and concern for what is true and real has made simulated pugilism what it is today.....it's the epitome of what our forefoughter gave their rights and lefts for.

and it has done just fine before you, and your rebellious attitude arrived. And it is destined to shine like a beacon of hope to the entire forum whether your lame ass follows the guidelines and

procedures that are indicated within the fine print of your participatory documents, or whether you choose to rock the boat, and run toward non conformity as your true north.

I'm tired of paying the commish top dollar just to have various fighters lay down for your fighters in order to give you a bit of confidence. Nope....not another dime to prop up your fragile ego.

You're on your own.....good look winning another fight after the money train that has got you this far ups and leaves the station.

 Oh Buzz you're such a card

Tell ya what Commissioner's...I'll partake in a Commissioner's Choice under 1 circumstance.

BrainTrust vs Golden Buzz promotions

Greb vs Golovkin
Tommy Ryan vs Mayweather
Nino vs Hopkins 3

If you prefer you could make it Ryan vs Hopkins 2, and Nino vs Mayweather...that'd be fine by me as well. Greb's already beaten Hopkins this season so he's already fried that fish. Greb and Golovkin have yet to fight each other.

Nino and Hopkins are 1-1...so a rubber match is due.

Tommy Ryan and Mayweather...or indeed Mayweather vs ANYBODY in my stable hasn't happened yet so I'd be down for that matchup as well.

There...so I've made it easy. Do Commissioners' Choice if you wish...but follow one of my two suggestions or I'm afraid I once again must protest.

I'm going to hold off on the Commish's Choice for now, it may happen soon though and if it does Gil can pick his own fights with cpu's I guess

armageto is going to create the week 29 matchups thread later on, so be on the look out for that.

THANK YOU! That's good enough. I'm a very on the ball manager, and I can't be held responsible for the lethargy of the Sim community at large. :OhYes:

Another win for the BrainTrust!
