I haven't had a fight in 5 years but had the odd spar. I reckon I'd smash him after a few months training. I'd be shocked if I didn't. We'd be about the same Weight as well.

Yeah but I bet throwing a punch is still a natural movement for you, it will take Rios body years to feel comfortable with all the necessary movements needed especially the feet
