Dunno who the guy in the video is but he is going to train with Richie Woodhall, an excellent and technically knowledgable coach.

Rumour has it if Rio wins then it will set up a big box office showdown with Freddie Flintoff next summer at Old Trafford or Lords. Someone 0 has to go :bag:

easily

shame on u if u've boxed and said no. any average club amateur should easily beat a guy with no experence even if hes a good athlete.

He will be far far better naturally co-ordinated than me as he was an elite sportsman and fitter. I' do a bit of boxing training And fought amateur. I haven't had a fight in 5 years but had the odd spar. I reckon I'd smash him after a few months training. I'd be shocked if I didn't. We'd be about the same Weight as well.

Basing my opinion on that small clip of him hitting the pads, Im pretty sure I'd smash the granny out of him and I'm a light welter.

I'd need 5 months to get ready but would happily co promote as part of my 62nd birthday celebrations :OhYes:

70 amateur bouts lost zero if you don't count the 30 or so times the judges left their specs at home :TU:

Yeah but I bet throwing a punch is still a natural movement for you, it will take Rios body years to feel comfortable with all the necessary movements needed especially the feet
