Fury was asked what he saw in Parkers eyes during stare down

"He's going to knock me out"

This is the only true thing Fury has said during this promotion.

Has anyone else noticed the absence of Fury bucket carrier Clifton Mitchell during this farce?

He usually finds a way to get himself an interview (being very smug and arrogant in the process)

I'm not getting the PPV
Decided tonight.
It's not worth it.
One decent fight on the undercard would have swayed me. Screw Hennersey. What a sham.
Cambell Linares is on in the afternoon and it's free.
I hope Parker wins. If Hughie gets the belt it is going to be more of the same crap.

I'm going to quote Larry Mechant before the Morrison-Bentt WBO "World" Heavyweight Title FIght.

Yeah, but you're biased. It's not ten times better. It's about the same. They were both guys in the top ten.

No, it's not. Parker beating Takam and Ruiz was a lot better than a guy I can't even remember twisting his knee.

It's not ten times better though is it? Both of these fights being for the heavyweight championship of the world will have Dempsey, Ali and Louis turning in their graves.

He's finally shown up at the weigh, totally ineffectual as usual when it kicked off.

I don't think Hughie is very confident after all.
Parker wasn't interested in getting involved in mouthing off, you can see him calmly saying 'calm down, calm down' whilst Hughie riles himself up until the shove.

Hughie just got riled up because of Tyson and the other idiot people shouting.

Depends. AJ is obviously the best fighter out of the lot.

The question could be asked of any era.

Pre-fight, about the same. Martin might have won by DQ, but Hughie hasn't beaten anyone ranked anywhere near as high than Vyacheslav Glazkov at that time. Tomorrow night's fight might turn into a belter, but as a title fight, it's a joke.

I'm just harking back to the day when there was only one champion.

Gosh, I do hope it's the "right kind of body fat" ((c) Peter Fury)

Hughie looks in good shape. Parker less so, in my opinion.

You say I'm biased, and you're a Tyson Fury fan, but every post suggests different! You KNOW that Martin was nowhere near the champion Parker is.
