Heavy Bag

I'm thinking of buying a heavy bag and wall bracket- can any one advise a good one including how much it needs to weigh as I notice there are a lot of different weighted bags. Also what to avoid if any.

I've got the big black and tan leather one, it's like hitting wood with bare hands. Can imagine it will last about 50 years it's that solid.

You know don't ya, they are tough as teak :box:
