Re: which boxer
Probably be someone like Manny if your talking current guys. Either that or some European journeyman that has boxed through the eastern block where countries pop up all the time.
Are you talking current boxers?

Re: which boxer
The first person that came to my mind was Danny Williams so I looked it up and his country count stands at 18: UK, Ireland,USA, Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Finland, Russia, Latvia, Romania, UAE, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Slovenia.
Re: which boxer
My first guess would have been Johnny Nelson but he doesn't have 18.
Brian Mitchell would have been my second but he has comparatively little, albeit most of them were title defences.

This guy has quite a few.
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/75790 I think maybe around 14
Angel Robinson Garcia has around ~20 (I googled it and found people mentioning him) http://boxrec.com/hu/boxer/8479

Garcia was a legendary iron man who gave Roberto Duran a very uncomfortable 10-rounder.

I thought of Chris Sanigar but obviously he hasn't boxed in that many, it's just a case he's boxed in some places you wouldn't expect an Englishman to box in.

Tba has fought in 78 countries.
Re: which boxer has boxed in the most countries?
Roy Jones has a few although he's not in Danny Williams league
But Jones has the unique distinction of having fought in two continents on the same night. After he got stopped in one round by Danny Green in Australia, Bernard Hopkins said "That's what happens when you fight in Europe"

Tyrone Spong doesn't care where and against who he fights, in his kickboxing carreer he boxed on the most odd places, but as a boxer he also already has very mixed locations.

Bruce "The Mouse" Strauss was knocked out in every continent but Antarctica and according to himself was not knocked out there simply because he didn't like the cold
I think he fought in 10 different countries, so not as high as others here.
