You are right - if you wanna hate anyone, let it be chelsea.

Despite their huge wage bill and talent pool they still play unattractive football.

The gooners, on the other hand, play the beautiful game the way its meant to be played.

On another note interesting to see Geoff Hurst saying he hopes no one scores a hat trick for England if they get to the final; he'd actually have to pay for his meals! Whole 1966 team will be out of business (aside from Sir Bob').

It is worth noting however, that Arsene Wenger has NEVER had the spending power that Man United did, when Man Utd were the biggest club in the world. Chelsea have Abromovich now, which gives them unlimited buying power, but Abramovich may well be found dead in a ditch one day, as he is a crook of the highest order who robbed Russian oil workers blind.

Arsenal's old small ground and the fact they were never as big as the biggest european clubs has meant that Arsene has had limited resources compared to the big European clubs, and to even knock MAN U off of their perch in the first place was some achievement.

Yep, Man U still have the biggest attendences of any club in this country, with an average of 67,000, 24,000 more than Arsenal, and this coupled with their long standing international following (3 million supporters in the US alone, and big followings in Ireland, Asia and Europe) plus very clever marketing and merchandising, has made them the biggest club in the world until recently, and not reliant on the input of billionnaire chairmen.
