Liam Williams blinking

Post by TheLeprechaun »

Sorry if this seems like a strange question but can anyone tell me what this is? Is it some kind of medical condition? He doesn't do it at all during fights so I'm wondering if its voluntary or involuntary? It's interesting from the perspective of if it could be something that is troubling him as a fighter. Like is it something he has to overcome while training/fighting or is it completely inconsequential? I'll probably be having a punt on him to beat Smith. Can anyone enlighten me?

he actually shares a small part of his DNA with the mole, so is adversely affected by sunlight, hence the constant blinking.

Looks like a nerve thing.

I thought he was boxing Smiths head off til the cut. The scorecards that night were awful man! The fix was in before a punch was thrown that night! Pish poor!

The only time I recall noticing excessive blinking from a fighter was Gerald McClellan against Benn. So you'll understand why I read the title of your post and my heart sank!

Having read the rest of it, I wonder if it's just a nervous tic, some sort of "tell" for feeling stressed or similar?

We only see him when hes either being interviewed or at a presser. He doesnt blink during fights so I would agree that its a nerves thing.Hes not the most confident in front of the cameras to be fair to him.

Corcoran brought it up before their fight, Williams took offence and battered him. So be warned
