Hilarious times at DHB....

1) When the fight between David Haye and Mark Hobson was made and I made a post saying I hope Haye beats Hobson because Mark Hobson was a bailiff, now this particular post took off and Hobsons trainer Chris Aston was going haywire (which in all fairness, was his usual default position when posting on DHB  ) - and then at the press conference later that week - David Haye goes 'I am gonna knock out Hobson on behalf of all the old ladies whose TV's he's nicked' and Chris Aston went ballistic - threatening to do everyone in and going 'He's a fishing bailiff, a fornicating fishing bailiff'

(Sorry Mark... )

2) DG went on the current scene there which is a bit like the current scene here, full of lunacy... and he made a flame post about them all losing the Vietnam war which predictably wound them all up, so one of them was going to come over to London to beat up DG and had actually bought an airline ticket to Heathrow. DG went OK, where do you live because I going over there to sort you out. So this fella gives out his address in Ohio and I went online to check the house prices and what kind of house there was on this street in Ohio and it turns out this fella lived in a 40000 dollar house made of wood - DG ripped the shit out of this fella and his wooden house saying he had sccoters worth more than this shitty wooden house in Ohio.

Ten years later and I still laugh my head off over it.

3) When Frank Maloney proposed a quiz contest between the British and Irish forums of Boxrec and Dogghouse - and we at Dogghouse bottled it because we knew the Boxrec boys on here would have properly tanked us.

That's a great idea

Can we make it an 18+ section, call it "Boxrec After Dark" or something.

All good thanks! Always busy with work and family so limited opportunities to post nowadays! Still a big fan of the sport and very rarely miss a fight. Mind you, I do miss the online "rucks" from years back! Hope all well with you :)

Some familiar names and nicknames here. Whoever thought my old rucking partner (and everyone else's) would trigger such a warm-hearted reunion?

That's my favourite Grace Jones moment.

Grace Jones vs Spud would have been an awesome face-off.

My favourite online windup was when Reeso was at large promoting the exploits of Enzo Maccarinelli and Rhino posted a thread titled 'Enzo Mac has no chin' and then his opening post was just literally a picture of Enzo Mac with his chin airbrushed out.

Reeso went full spak.
