British fights I hope happen
Just sat at work bored and though I'd run off a few fights I'd like to see happen in the near future.
Haye v Thompson II,---- Haye KO5
Calzaghe v Woods,---- Calzaghe PTS
Dann v Lockett,---- Lockett KO6
Alexander v Macklin,---- Macklin KO4
Moore v Macklin, ---- Moore PTS
Arthur v Johanneson, ---- Johanneson KO5
Morris v Foster, ----- Morris WPTS
Haye v Thompson II,---- Haye KO5
Calzaghe v Woods,---- Calzaghe PTS
Dann v Lockett,---- Lockett KO6
Alexander v Macklin,---- Macklin KO4
Moore v Macklin, ---- Moore PTS
Arthur v Johanneson, ---- Johanneson KO5
Morris v Foster, ----- Morris WPTS
Be good to see Alexander fight someone who will come at him and try and make a fight of it as i'm sure Macklin would. Be interesting to see how he reacts when Wayne catches him although Wayne does look vunrable.
Which is why I can't understand SN's matchmaking
Would probably prefer Moore v Alexander though

Re: British fights I hope happen
I see what you are saying but I have to admit some reservations in that Thompson is getting old and been inactive of late and is it wise putting him back in with a young puncher like Haye at this stage in his career?topper123 wrote:Haye v Thompson II,---- Haye KO5
If it does happen I hope Carl Thompson is very well paid.
Here are some I'd like to see.
Williams vs Dann - Williams PTS
Arthur vs Harrison - Arthur TKO 9

Haye vs Maccrinelli (not sure)
Kevin Anderson vs Eamonn Magee - Magee PTS
Barnes vs Lenny Daws - Daws PTS
Foster vs Morris - Morris PTS
Burns vs Docherty - Burns PTS
McCullough vs Hunter - McCullough PTS.
Williams vs Dann - Williams PTS
Arthur vs Harrison - Arthur TKO 9
Lockett vs Rhodes (on the fence)
Haye vs Maccrinelli (not sure)
Kevin Anderson vs Eamonn Magee - Magee PTS
Barnes vs Lenny Daws - Daws PTS
Foster vs Morris - Morris PTS
Burns vs Docherty - Burns PTS
McCullough vs Hunter - McCullough PTS.

That is my way of thinking, I want Thompson to get well paid. Its the biggest fight out there for him. Haye wants it as well, to try and get revenge.KOJOE90 wrote:I see what you are saying but I have to admit some reservations in that Thompson is getting old and been inactive of late and is it wise putting him back in with a young puncher like Haye at this stage in his career?topper123 wrote:Haye v Thompson II,---- Haye KO5

Nope, Carl is going to do a number on Alex Arthur.steve689 wrote:I assume you mean Jamie rather than Alex topper?topper123 wrote:Arthur v Johanneson, ---- Johanneson KO5
I've not been impressed with Arthur of late, and I think that Johanneson will be to strong for him. I know that Carl has that bad 1 round loss on his record, but I think he's more focused now and punching harder.

yep, but could you see Jones standing up to an Alexander right?steve689 wrote:I would back Jones, he would outbox Alexander at range, Alexander is limited in my eyes and only packs a big punch with little else. Jones has the reach and could use his jab to keep Alexander off, i think he also packs enough of a dig to have Alexander vulnerable.
I can see this one going 6 round win for Jones, who ends the fight with body shots.
Or Alexander bounces a right off Jones' chin and its good night,
