Let's HOPE this is nothing more than an inaccurate rumor.jamamb wrote:these exotic location rumor fights seem to almost never happen
Saudi Quranderthals treat women like animals and women would most likely be forbidden to even attend a match between 2 men.

Kalle Sauerland, Comosa’s Chief Boxing Officer:
“The Muhammad Ali trophy is going from strength to strength and, with the cruiserweight division featuring all four federation world champions, the undisputed champion will be crowned in Jeddah Saudi Arabia next May. We will also feature local fighters on the undercard and help promote the sport locally. The Muhammad Ali name and legacy is so revered in the Middle East and Africa, and Ali himself fought his greatest battles (‘The Thriller in Manila’ and ‘The Rumble in the Jungle’) in locations not normally associated with boxing, so it is fitting to bring big time boxing to Jeddah in the name of the Greatest of All Time”.

I did think the money on offer was pretty mad, I guess the lower level fighters would get a mill plus if there are only 7 fights and 25 mill in prize money for each tournament. I've no doubt they will make a lot of money out of Groves Eubank and maybe the winner vs Smith, can't see the others doing that well though.

Big mistake!! Saudi Quranderthals should NOT be rewarded with major sporting events until they stop treating women like animals. Highly probable that women will be PROHIBITED from even entering the arena where men are boxing. But that's the least of the worries of Saudi women, who are not even allowed to leave the country unless accompanied by a male family member OR are otherwise forced to wear an electronic tracking device to monitor their travels.

That's why Qatar bribed FIFA officials to win the vote to host the 2022 World Cup:

Guaranteed that the Saudi sheikhs paid big $$$ under the table to Sauerland/Schaefer because they know hosting major international sporting events helps lend credibility and legitimacy to their barbaric policies. In what is widely viewed as yet another sexist and repressive act, Saudi Arabia has introduced an electronic tracking system to monitor its female citizens’ cross-border movements. The system is designed to send alerts to men whenever women under their custody, which include wives and daughters, leave the country.
That's why Qatar bribed FIFA officials to win the vote to host the 2022 World Cup:

Fifa is facing fresh allegations of corruption over its controversial decision to award the 2022 World Cup to Qatar.
The Sunday Times has obtained millions of secret documents - emails, letters and bank transfers - which it alleges are proof that the disgraced Qatari football official Mohamed Bin Hammam made payments totalling US$5m (£3m) to football officials in return for their support for the Qatar bid.
Qatar 2022 and Bin Hammam have always strenuously denied the former Fifa vice-president actively lobbied on their behalf in the run-up to the vote in December 2010.
But, according to emails obtained by the Sunday Times and seen by the BBC, it is now clear that Bin Hammam, 65, was lobbying on his country's behalf at least a year before the decision.
The documents also show how Bin Hammam was making payments directly to football officials in Africa to allegedly buy their support for Qatar in the contest.

Before I'd properly focused I thought that said "treat women like animals and animals like women" ... would be most likely ...Best Coast wrote:Let's HOPE this is nothing more than an inaccurate rumor.jamamb wrote:these exotic location rumor fights seem to almost never happen
