Quiet night andy?
Re: Andy Lee
I don't know what the OP is trying to say here, but I've always liked Andy Lee, and I look forward to seeing him return to the ring. Against any Middleweight except GGG I'd be rooting for Andy.
Re: Andy Lee
I hope Andy is still interested in his boxing career. He's only had one 8 rounder since his loss to Saunders in 2015 and is 33 now. Maybe he is holding out for a final payday against Canelo or Golovkin. I still think he was way too cautious against BJS and left that fight behind him.
Re: Andy Lee
I actually thought he slightly edged the fight with Saunders myself, but yeah he was definitely too cautious.Deno1986 wrote:I hope Andy is still interested in his boxing career. The opening post is like a riddle...
Re: Andy Lee
He should move to 168lbs.
Should have got himself into the WBSS tourney, way better option than Brand, Skoglund, Braehmer, Cox, Yildrim

Re: Andy Lee
I don't know if he'd fare too well at 168, but honestly I don't know that he'd fare too well against the best 160 pounders anymore either. Whatever he does I hope to see Andy get a few more KO wins at least.11player wrote:He should move to 168lbs.

Re: Andy Lee
Andy Lee is an absolute class act out of the ring and has produced some stunning upsets over his time in the ring .
Wish we could see a bit more of him tbh .

Re: Andy Lee
I could see Hearn using Rosado for a fight in Dublin on a Lee headlined Matchroom card then shipping Lee over to the US to lose to Jacobs in New York and try to draw the Irish crowd out over there...jamamb wrote:always wanted lee-lemieux

Korobov and Quillan would be classed as surprise results at the time.dave_smith wrote:What upsets has he caused over his career?rd350lc wrote:Andy Lee is an absolute class act out of the ring and has produced some stunning upsets over his time in the ring .

Re: Andy Lee
With Eddie signing Jacobs. That is the fight I want to see, easy to make. Be a great fight.

Quillin fight was quality
Re: Andy Lee
i like andy , i think his biggest thought is he didn't believe enough in himself, andy has an ko punch which is an equalizer, like to see him maybe fight Jason Quigley
Re: Andy Lee
I've always rooted for him. His subdued performance against BJS was hugely disappointing as I dislike Saunders as much as I like Lee. Hopefully he can get back in the MW picture. Plenty of good match ups for him.
