Mo Prior and Dennis Hobson next big freesports TV event- 1st December

Post by Dan Graham »

Mo Prior and British Warriors alongside Dennis Hobson are presenting another night of title fight boximg on freesports freeview channel 95 and Sky channel 424. This is following the Sam sheedy vs Liam Cameron ponds forge arena commonwealth title fight
Elliot Matthews vs Grant Dennis for the English title
Joe Hayes vs Louis Greene for the southern area title - York hall 1st December

What are people's opinions on another TV deal being given out in the sport of boxing and the fact that two highly ambitious promoters are involved in Dennis Hobson and Mo Prior

Excellent news, the Sheedy/Cameron fight was a cracker really enjoyable small hall fight.

I thought they would head to jersey for the next show but seems they are going to York hall next.I think Dennis has mentioned taking these shows around the country so im hoping that there are talks in place to work with other promoters around UK maybe do some of Hobsons stable v some of their lot aswell. To get stuff like that on TV would be fantastic as there are so many great fights happening or could be made around the UK and Ireland if some of these guys worked together.

I just hope these cards stay free for us because looking at the channel Freesports TV,I think they are a under the same ownership as Premier Sports which is obviously a paid channel and theres always the worry that if these shows are doing well on Freeview then they might be moved onto there at a later date?

Oh yeah that is embarrassing as I work for Mo who is working with Dennis. That show is definitely going ahead but TV yet to be announced. York hall show is definitely on free sports. I hope the jersey show is on tv as it's going to be a good card !
