I SWEAR!!! It wouldn't be that funny in the translation... "You had to be there." so to say...
Have you ever seen a boxer appear on a talk show and not get a ton of laughter??? ... The content isn't that brilliant -- it's just that people are generally prepared to laugh whenever a boxer gets interviewed because a lot of funny stuff happens in the Boxing world and in boxer's lives.. Boxers are often a little confused from taking too many head shots so a lot of things they say can be pretty damned funny.
