Terry will be just slightly reduced in all aspects at the higher weight class. I think it's a bad move.

Ive never been overly impressed with him tbh. He was excellent against Magdaleno but he's been pretty 'meh' since....

yes, terry has been significntaly bigger than most of his opponents. solid fighter but agree that cant help but thinking hes one guy in particular who could be less effective higher up. 140 aint too strong now but then again not like he fought very good opposition at 135! there was that crolla-flan rivalry but i have way more respect for crollas career.

Something seems strange about this. WBO announced Terrance Crawford moving up an hour later so Terry must have known was moving up to be ranked number 1 for a vacant title.

Neither Terry or his promoter have made any comment on it, not so much as a Tweet to acknowledge the WBO announcement.

Terry's Twitter is full of him talking about the lightweight division and calling for unifications.

Guess Linares wasn't going to materialise and they didn't fancy the risk of Beltran (with little financial reward presumably).

Shame really, I like Flanagan and was hoping his promoter would reward him for his loyalty by spending to get him decent fights with the BT money/klout.
