Don't take vitamins, multi-vitamins or anything like that.. Start with fruits and vegetables at least 5 servings a day.. Green leaf lettuce garden salads and mixed frozen do well for boxers... Cook your frozen mixed veggies for about 5 or 6 minutes in a ceramic bowl.. You need more veggies than fruits.. Beans and rice are a great staple.. Clean and soak Pinto or other beans for 3 hours and cook for 2 hours in a ceramic bowl.. You can make a week's worth at a time because the refrigerate well.. So does rice once you cook it.. Only eat sprouted wheat bread like Ezekiel.. Don't eat ANY pasta or pizza.. Eat whole oats oatmeal for breakfast.. Sweeten with a banana and add a little whole milk.

Eat grass fed beef or buffalo.. or range fed chicken.. DON'T eat corn finished, grass fed.. That's like buying 100% whole wheat bread that contains 5% whole wheat, but that 5% is 100% whole wheat so they're allowed to put that on the label.. Eat unsalted nuts.. Walnuts and pecans are best.. If you use peanut butter make sure it's on old fashioned kind you have to stir.. Not the stuff that's already thick from trans-fats.. Avoid processed foods.. Eat whole foods for the most part.. Avoid wieners or sausages or any cured meats or lunch meats.. Avoid all sugary and salty treats or snacks.. Eat small portions of everything.. The more weight you lose the faster your metabolism will get.

If you want desert.. eat just a little premium ice cream.. The very best.. reduce your portions until you're losing 2 or 3 pounds a week at a minimum.. Workout for hours like a fanatic.. It has to be like a 2nd job or you'll never see great results if you're obese.. Don't kill yourself and take it easy.. You can increase the pace as you lose weight and get into better shape.

In the mid-60's, Frank Baltazar turned from boxing to coaching and took over the Los Angeles Junior Golden Gloves program. Under Frank's guidance, the Junior Golden Gloves program not only contributed to boxing, but to the community, providing youth with an alternative to gang involvment.

Hi guys!
I have been doing fitness and cross-jumping for 3 years. Just last month, I decided to go in for boxing. I have such ropes for cross jumps https://askyourfitnessquesquestion.com/ ... kout-games I know that in boxing training there are jumps over jump rope. Tell me what is the fundamental difference between exercises in boxing and cross-jump? What other fitness equipment could I use for boxing training?
