Tyson Fury vs Carlos Takam 2018

Post by keithmoonhangover »

I think Takam is the perfect comeback opponent for Tyson. Takam earned loads of respect last night and Fury would have big size advantages. Bill it for the Lineal/ring Magazine Heavyweight Championshsip. Tyson is a funny and very entertaining guy. So get him on some chat shows ahead of the fight. A bit of humility goes a long way. He wins that fight and if he's in top shape, he beats Joshua on points.

Who's going to want a fat homophobic cokehead on their chat show?

Fury's popularity on here is farcically overstated. The general public are either indifferent to him or think he's a gimp.

The media love a comeback. They also love someone who admits their short comings. Tyson said some bad things, yes, but celebrities have done a hell of a lot worse and come back. Boy George kidnapped a male prostitute, beat him up and went to prison for it, then came back as a judge on The Voice. Wesley Snipes, Mark Wahlberg, Robert Downey, Tim Allen and many others have been to prison. Mike Tyson is a rapist, Riddick Bowe kidnapped his wife and kids, Chisora beat his girlfriend up, Liston was a robber. Dozens of other boxers have done bad things and a lot of them went to jail. Tyson said some bad words, he's not a fvcking nonce for god's sake.

Thing is, a lot of people buy Boy George records, a lot of people bought Mike Tyson PPV's, and a lot of people watch Wesley Snipes movies.

The public are willing to forgive on the basis of entertainment; my point is they don't think Fury is entertaining. His fight against Wlad was slaughtered and his ticket sales are dire. People loved a Hatton comeback, and a Bruno comeback, but they were popular to begin with.

That's the thing, the general public were never in love with him in the first place, and in fact, many people are diffident or even totally unaware of him, so even his notoriety is overstated.

If he's going to come back, he'll have to prove himself in the ring, in good fights.

This. He needs a date, an opponent, and a licence, and it'll do alright numbers for a BN show. But if he wobbles around the ring flapping away for the fight like he did against Wlad then he's not going to attract any fans.

Anyone who believes Tyson Fury could beat AJ on the premise of the Fury v Klit fighthave to be medically insane.

But if anyone can give a definate walkthrough of Fury beating AJ prior to the Klit fight are also medically insane.

Tyson Fury has shown nothing that suggests he could 'school' AJ in any of his other fights which have been at lower to higher domestic level.

I agree, the only way you might be able to keep AJ away from you is if you have serious power to threaten him with,Tyson is no threat.

Top shape? That will take 12 months at least looking at the size of him.

Carlos Takam would beat Fury. He'd actually throw punches at him. Fury couldn't get his fat ass in shape enough to beat a true athlete like Takam.
