Does anyone believe that Takam would of been standing if caught clean like that by Mike Tyson. Boxing is a funny sport where money is always the winner.. I genuinely think Joshua was already gassing and that last flurry would of wiped him out and Takam would of had a sitting target would he of KO’d him probably not bud he had a chance and the ref saved Joshua from that possibility. The gloves looked shocking it seems Hearn is really protecting his cash cow.. PPV last night for a terrible standard show.. Bellew and Froch clear off their nuts on something.. Froch talks some nonsense constantly always shows crazy bias.. I don’t know why I do it but most times I watch Hearns shows I hate boxing..
Boxing history is littered with awkward/tough nuts who managed to go the distance against murderous punchers.
Tyson himself went the distance with a fair few. Would Takam been standing if caught by Tyson? Maybe.
He may or may not hit harder than Wilder, but Joshua's power isn't under question in the slightest.

Its the boxers or his teams choice what gloves they want to wear. Someone cant just force him to wear anything. You could be right with your assumption.
Yes they can, though in those instances, both boxers wear the same gloves.
Wouldnt that be a boxing commission who would dictate on which gloves each boxer would wear assuming that they were both wearing the same gloves. I wouldnt imagine a promoter would say one boxer has to wear one set of gloves while another has to wear something more special for example.
The commission approves the use of the gloves of certain manufacturers but the promoter will sonetimes try to stipulate a preference in the contract for the fight.
