Who were or are the most charismatic British boxers?
We were blessed in the 1990s. Eubank, Benn, Hamed... then Lloyd Honeyghan in the 80s. 2010s - Tyson Fury. NOT Hatton unfortunately- ‘if you found him in bed with your wife you’d tuck him in.’

Naz..
You know if more boxers today had charisma, boxing in the UK would be even better..

What's charismatic about Tyson Fury? What he displays is just lad culture, go out in any town in the UK and you'll find that personality.
Re: Who were or are the most charismatic British boxers?
Eubank snr out there on his own for me, the gear he used to wear coupled with his constant waffle about anything and every thing makes him stand out from everybody else
Re: Who were or are the most charismatic British boxers?
I wouldn’t have called Naz charismatic. He was cocky and able to back it up and a bona fide superstar. But, to me charismatic means getting people onside, whereas I always found Naz OTT
Re: Who were or are the most charismatic British boxers?
Eubank Snr and Haye.
Some on the list I would call well managed, great PR etc.

Not sure if charismatic is the right word, but the following are characters that draw your attention, good or bad
Fury
Hatton
Haye
Eubank
Benn
Hamed
Bruno
Audley
Some are just idiots... fury
Some are pretty weird... eubank
Some are golden... Hatton
They all had a bit about them personally to gather interest though

Cooper and Bruno are obvious ones, I never found Hamed charismatic despite his great ability and showmanship.
Good advice is to never meet your heroes.

George Groves has a certain charisma when he's either interviewed or at a presser trying to start the mind games off.
He's a quiet guy doesnt say a lot but when he speaks he chooses every word carefully and its fascinating to listen to when hes winding someone up.
