Rocky Fielding has had his next fight confirmed.

The super-middleweight, who holds the British and Commonwealth titles and who ousted David Brophy inside a round back in September, will fight again before the end of the year.

Fielding had intimated that he would be on the undercard of Tony Bellew’s rematch against David Haye next month.

And the 30-year-old has now been confirmed for the bill on December 17 at London’s O2 Arena, exclusively live on Sky Sports Box Office.

He will come up against former light-heavyweight Erik Skoglund with the vacant WBC Silver crown at stake.

Based on his showing vs Smith, I voted skoglund on decision.

Fielding is pretty flawed, although he does find a way to win against almost all his opponents. If the skoglund jab is working well and doubling up it should set him up for a closish points win

going Skoglund , very impressed with him in smith fight , there was times when i thought skoglund was going to win, i think a quick fielding attack,could see him countered and sparked out skoglund win
