That shot that put Joshua down would have done the same and more to any fighter in the sport right now. He is also a street ahead of any of Wilders opponents.
Cant argue with u on any of your points mate i just think styles make fights and wilder wouldnt of let joshua recover, just sayin

I doubt Christian hammer would look half as impressive against Sexton as David Price did, yet we know how that ended.

First time I saw Wilder I thought he was a joke. Then in his win over Stiverne I thought he boxed well.

His fights since then have followed a similar pattern. Wilder looks poor. Loses rounds. Then lands a game changer. Happens so often it's clearly his brand. I like that.

I like the guy apart from mouthy nonsense. I think he's a handful in any era. My guess is AJ is better but Wilder could beat him. Though they will never fight as AJ will not pass the PED test.

The fact that fights with Povetkin and Ortiz have fallen through has pushed me into a depression. Clear shenanigans as you can't tell me DW isn't juicing.

He’s a hard hitting vulnerable HW.

Showed balls by agreeing to go to Russia.

Fights for his sick daughter.

What’s not to like. Speaks well.

Good luck to him. AJ-Wilder could be a super-fight by next Summer. Both guys you want to root for.
Speaks well? He barely has a grasp of English and tirads with gargantuan bouts of expletives, and you call that "speaks well"?
He fights for his sick daughter and bashs her mother.
He didn't even go to Russia, he got as far as the UK and came home again. That fight was never on.
And I can't see this " super fight" ever happening, there will be road block after road block thrown up by Wilder and his team. Money, contracts, venue, TV coverage, country, testing, ring music, gloves- you name it, expect to read about it next year..

Wilder is the biggest puncher in boxing, he could win any fight , but i think he doesn't like fighting in which i mean being hit in the face , but also i think he is an average fighter , but you put him in any trilogy with a fighter he will win one i guarantee

That’s overrating him so much. He’s not even faced anyone with a chin and can’t sit on his punches

Well, sorry, but I have never seen any of them as anything special and I'm very surprised Hammer is ranked this high.

Wilder denied fighting Povetkin completely as long as he could and then all of a sudden he accepted when he knew the fight wouldn't happen because it was expected that Povetkin would still have some nanograms of meldonium left in his body. Wilder knew this around januari because Povetkin, the most tested boxer in the entire world at the time, had it in his body when it was allowed against Wach. It's ridiculous that wada banned this substance in the first place and according to their modern standards it's allowed again. They also came to the conclusion that Povetkin is innocent. Also, why doesn't Wilder his money go to charity for the illnis of his daughter? Oh yea, because he only abuses his daughter for his own status. Also, Wilder attacks woman?! Was busted with a car full of drugs, attacked Breazeale, not alone, but with his friends and family in front of Breazeale his wife and kids. Runs away scared for everyone with a reasonable KO rating, like Briggs, he even ran away scared for a 20 yo Hughie Fury!

"WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder says he’s literally gonna kill his opponent in the ring this weekend … guaranteeing victory by death when he rematches Bermane Stiverne at the Barclays Center. “Somebody will die in that ring come November 4, I promise,” Deontay said in an interview. “I beat him to an inch of his life the first time. This time, I’ma END his life.”
FYI, Stiverne’s the only guy Wilder couldn’t knock out in his career … so this time, Deontay wants to make sure he leaves the arena in a body bag. “I want a body on my record anyway. I wanna put a body there.”

That's just big talk trying to sell an unsellable fight. He is hardly the first to make such a statement.

That same lad,who isnt diagnosed with autism, who smacks everyone on the sly? The same lad who was talking bad about wilder's daughter? That same lad who took a cheap shot at an old man in floyd snr? He deserved what wilder done to him, wilder could of hurt him worse than what he did but wilder was laughing at him.

I think he will blow Joshua away mate, joshua throws punches in bunches to get people out of there but Wilder only needs one shot and if you get back up he puts it back in you and joshua has been buzzed a few times and gasses out. Im not saying im right its all opinion based but thats what i see. If Joshua doesnt think the same why isnt he reacting to wilder? Joshua hasnt faced a puncher yet either remember

Pulev says otherwise!

Wlad was a massive puncher. Hit harder than both Joshua & Wilder imo

Definitely. Even at 41 he dropped joshua hard with a single right cross. Wlad was a monster puncher, it's just he was reluctant to let his hands go.

I've always quite liked the guy tbh. Just his opponents have been dogshít. He does seem willing to fight the so called danger guys to be fair to him though. Felt sorry for him after the Povetkin and Ortiz fights fell through.

I'll warm to him when he fights someone worthwhile.
When he makes up his mind whether he's a nice guy fighting for his family or a trash talking cockwomble.

And for the record, Davie predicts AJ beats him badly for 3 one sided rounds before stopping him spectacularly.

I don't know who has the best power but I don't think Wilder has the ability to get into range and avoid taking a total shellacking in the process of finding that one shot.
