I’d go if it was close by. Not sure it’s the best thing for his career though. He’ll be great value in this sort of thing, can see it becoming popular, he earns a few quid whilst enjoying hmself and having a few beers...good luck to him if that is the case though

I've always wondered what this kind of night is worth financially? Anybody care to enlighten me?

Well since its at Middlesboro I think there will be a decent turn out. There is a big travelling community in Southbank. I just wonder why its held in Boro though to be honest, not the friendliest place so I hope there is a security presence.
Financially wise, not sure though.
Re: For the Tyson Fury fans.
£100 a ticket and £1000 for a table of 10.
You just can't beat that for value....

Cannot imagine that Tyson needs the probably modest fee anyway -great opportunity thoughto enlighten us all with his views on the world again. £100 a ticket though?! They have to be kidding.

7g's is his payday. It won't be travellers there. South Bank is very rough, about as bad as it gets.

Not a bad payday for sitting down and telling a few stories for a couple of hours.mickey1975 wrote: ↑06 Nov 2017, 19:25 7g's is his payday. It won't be travellers there. South Bank is very rough, about as bad as it gets.

Tyson is value. I've been to loads of these things and nobody puts a shift in like Tyson. He will entertain, guaranteed.

He's a character that's for sure.mickey1975 wrote: ↑08 Nov 2017, 02:35Tyson is value. I've been to loads of these things and nobody puts a shift in like Tyson. He will entertain, guaranteed.
I just want to see him in shape and back in the ring. He's fun to watch
Re: For the Tyson Fury fans.
There's something slightly tragic about a guy like Fury, namely an undefeated world champion who claims he's still an active fighter, doing a Sunday dinner afternoon talk at a Jury's Inn in Middlesbrough whilst also being morbidly obese.

How much did you earn this year, lads?
Re: For the Tyson Fury fans.
Last time I heard this argument was at school, along the lines of 'Emile Heskey isn't shit - he's better than you.'
Interesting to see it used by an actual adult.

Some men have to work their grandmother out of them for half that money

Getting money for old rope, that's not a divvy man

How much do you reckon he could have made if he'd swerved the pies and coke and actually fought? 20m? More?
