I know it's not. That's just the way this thread comes across to me. If you're offended why don't you open your eyes up and ask yourself why a guy that won a staring contest is the favorite over an actual athlete?

I’m not offended, and I make Joshua a huge favourite. Just don’t think racism has any relevance tbh.gilgamesh wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 14:21

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua
It might not. It's just hard for me to wrap my head around any reason why people would favor the guy that's the inferior fighter in practically every single way.

You damn sure don't need to go to war when the guy you're fighting isn't fighting you.

It's because the poll was first conducted when people thought Joshua was 'unproven'.
Either that or there are a lot of drugs around in modern Britain.

I originally voted for Fury, I haven't seen anything from AJ that has made me change my vote...Riddick Blowe wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 14:38It's because the poll was first conducted when people thought Joshua was 'unproven'.![]()

What about the fact that he's an active, in shape, knockout puncher and Fury is a fat cocaine whale?wesshaw1985 wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 14:45I originally voted for Fury, I haven't seen anything from AJ that has made me change my vote...Riddick Blowe wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 14:38It's because the poll was first conducted when people thought Joshua was 'unproven'.![]()

You guys are complete morons if you still think Fury beats him. He wouldn't even win a round at this point.
Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua
Has there ever been a fighter who has done what Fury has, (namely not just taken years out, but taken years out and become an absolute wreck in the process), who has come back to being anything like their former self?
And the thing is, he was never that good to begin with.

A bloated cokehead with bedsores? Perfect attributes to box circles around the slow, lumbering Joshua what has poor footwork and I don't know, there just seems something shaky about that I can't put my finger on and I'm just waiting for him to unravel against a squat, high workrate, puncher, that I can't quite identify as existing but who will pressure that suspect stamina because I don't like the fact people feel the need to promote AJ well and I refuse to get on the hypetrain and this makes him one right hand away from disaster.gilgamesh wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 14:46What about the fact that he's an active, in shape, knockout puncher and Fury is a fat cocaine whale?wesshaw1985 wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 14:45I originally voted for Fury, I haven't seen anything from AJ that has made me change my vote...Riddick Blowe wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 14:38

Fury wont come into the ring as a fat cocaine whale. Any prediction is obviously made on Fury coming to the ring in fighting shape.
As for him not being able to win a round, Takam took a round from AJ.
2 years out of the ring or not, Fury boxes rings around AJ...

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua
Everyone who beat Wlad stopped him. Fury never got close. Johnson was a punch bag and he never got near stopping him. Pajkic and Cunningham, both light-hitting smaller men, had him dropped.
He's not going to beat Joshua landing seven punches a round and offering no more offensively, and he can be hit, a hell of a lot harder than Steve Cunningham can. And this is all without pointing out that he's spent two years turning himself into a man who, if he was just a bloke on the street, would be laughed at for being so fat. And he's meant to suddenly drop the weight and go back to his best?

But what about those silky skills that saw him almost beat John McDermott?dirk2686 wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 15:09Everyone who beat Wlad stopped him. Fury never got close. Johnson was a punch bag and he never got near stopping him. Pajkic and Cunningham, both light-hitting smaller men, had him dropped.

I think I had it for John by only a couple of rounds, so there's definitely an argument for Fury most certainly almost beating him.wesshaw1985 wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 15:14did he not beat John McDermott?Riddick Blowe wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 15:13But what about those silky skills that saw him almost beat John McDermott?dirk2686 wrote: ↑09 Nov 2017, 15:09

Tyson Furys record reads a perfect 25-0, that's all we need to know...

Tyson Fury could have defended his title and beat Joshua, Parker, Wilder and Haye amongst others to stamp his position as the best of his generation but he's doing an opening for Evans Halshaw for five grand and why should anyone mock him for making that sort of money?

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua
you can just see the fantasy in some ppls heads.
fury coming back, saying his uncouth 'real man' talk, humiliating eddie and aj in the build up, then clowning aj in the fight, derailing the much loved 'hype job' then gloriously singing his victory song and going to the pub to do 'everday' stuff. meanwhile the loss unravels aj, his true thug side comes out and the public turns on his nasty attitude, mr goes under, and the furys long live and prosper
some beds are wet with this dream

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua
take a look at the poll fella, Fury is the favourite amongst the "racist UK morons" that frequent the boxrec forum it appears pal.
That favouritism was earned by taking the king of the division to school, you AJ fanboys need to smarten up...
