Both are very average fighters and I will have no interest if this fight gets made but Whyte beats Bellew on points

Whyte, too big and strong, not more skilled just bigger.
Re: WHO WINS? Tony Bellew vs. Dillian Whyte
Whyte would win.
Bellew is much more impressive P4P though.

I just can't see Bellew overcoming the strength advantage. I don't think he's got the kinda skill to outbox and outmove a guy like Whyte consistently so he'd just be overpowered.

whyte by stoppage.
Re: WHO WINS? Tony Bellew vs. Dillian Whyte
Bellew for me, superior skill set. Whyte isn't a giant of a heavyweight, IMO there is no way he is the 6 foot 4 as listed.
When I compare Whyte vs Chisora and Haye vs Chisora in the ring. I thought Haye looked a more naturally bigger man than Chisora (Chisora fatter yes), yet there was bugger all between Whyte and Chisora.
Chisora is listed at 6 foot 1, if that is correct there is no way Whyte is 6 foot 4. There was also much more than 2 inches between Whyte and Joshua.

Whyte would win this fight easily. Bellew can't compete against a live heavyweight. To be fair to him he more or less admits it himself.

Bellew would have his moments
But Whyte would be too strong for him

Re: WHO WINS? Tony Bellew vs. Dillian Whyte
Why doesn’t Bellew fight an elite guy at CW rather than wait around for a daft and meaningless fight at Heavy.
Because he knows he’ll lose to any top class CW.

Where's the 'Who gives a fukk' option?
Re: WHO WINS? Tony Bellew vs. Dillian Whyte
I think I read somewhere he said he couldn't get back down to cruiser. I think he can if he was motivated, he was not what one would call a wiry cruiser at the best of times. And why should he bother? He can get big paydays at the tail end of his career at HW and eat all the pies he wants. There is no shortage of fight offers because he is beatable and brings good money if he fights in parts of the UKCaptainSpacerod wrote: ↑21 Nov 2017, 20:13 Why doesn’t Bellew fight an elite guy at CW rather than wait around for a daft and meaningless fight at Heavy.

In America, Bubba might help you out
Ontopic, I think Bellew actually can do the job, Whyte is quite slow, not as slow as his last opponent, but that was a onesided easy win for Bellew anyway. I think Bellew might actually do the job against this better boxer as well.
