On this day back in 1990.....

Julian Jackson threw a right that ended Herol Graham's hope of a world title.

Each time I watch the 4th round i keep telling Graham to keep his hands up hoping that history will change itself.

You can see that punch coming all night but unfortunately The Bomber didnt.

Herol took a look at Jackson and formed the fatal misapprehension that he was just in with the type of Euro/Commonwealth class guys he could largely box as he pleased....trouble was that nobody in Europe or the Commonwealth possessed JJ's crunching 'game over' power

Horrible night for Herol and his card will (sadly) always be marked as the best Brit of the modern era not to win a world title.

That KO gotta be top 3 all time. What a shot Julian "The Hawk" Jackson gave to Herol Graham. Unbelievable punch.

Jackson is the greatest puncher in my lifetime, no doubt.

Terry Norris thought so... He said the wind from Jackson's misses straightened your hair.
