If you can name 10 better active fighters than Sergey Kovalev, you're delusional.
I stand by my first and third sentence. Perhaps I could have written if you still think he's #1 P4P you're reaching.
P4P lists are highly subjective and really don't exist in the real world.
You're contradicting yourself. Agreed that p4p is silly, kovalev #1 wouldn't be outlandish.though nobody has him there.
I'm not going to backtrack completely. It wouldn't be outlandish like having Joe Parker #1. But there are too many excellent undefeated guys who didn't lose 2 out of 3 of their last fights. We agree, virtually no one has him there.

Undefeated means nothing.
Yeah, I'm not talking about Tom Schwarz or Parker as I alluded to. I'm talking about people like Crawford. I almost wrote Lomachennko but realized he lost his 2nd fight, which I guess was your point because he's a prospect for this nebulous list.

I think Crawford is the best, I might have kovalev over lomachenko.

People who are of the (flawed) opinion that he should have been awarded both fights should have him at #1, in order to consummate their delusion.
People that thought he lost both fights and ward was #1 could have him #1. He definitely deserved the first fight, unlike you, I'm long over it.
I am as over it as you are, but as you just did, I will continue to voice my opinion that SOGgy won the first fight close. But, unlike you, I was not drunk.
I still have him top five even with the two losses.

Yeah, I talk about it as often as you do. though I did take your very transparent and desperate bait. That's on me.
I see Kovalev as having 2 good years of top level fights in him. Even if he loses some speed, his experience will help keep him at the top.
I hope he does retire within the next two years. The only thing he hasn't done is fight Chickenson, other than that, there is nothing he need prove.
