WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
David Price Sets His Target, Wants Tyson Fury Showdown - http://www.BS.com/david-price- ... wn--122854
if the fight was made today, who wins?
if the fight was made today, who wins?
Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
Tyson beats him weighing 25 stone now - Price would gas himself out inside 3.
Fury toyed with Hammer who stopped Price.

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
Fury wins either by playing with him or Price simply getting puffed out after about 4 rounds.
Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
Surely you could dig up a 'Price vs Fury who wins?' poll from 2011, along with all the irrelevant 6 y/o comments Wes ?
Disappointing.

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
Price has a puncher's chance against anyone but unless Fury has totally lost it after his time out then Fury by mid round stoppage in a one-sided fight.

Very good article this. Coldwell comes across as a right twat from what Price is saying.

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
Price would beat himself as per. He would talk a good fight im sure but hes no match for Fury. I wouldnt bet more than 2 rounds. Fury easy enough KO. I just dont think Price could handle the pressure of the ring walk.
Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
I suppose the one thing that would be in Price's favour is that Fury isn't really a big puncher and so going in with him would be less dangerous than going in with a huge banger like Wilder, Haye or AJ. That said, you could see Price blowing out of his arse after about 3 rounds with Fury's movement.
Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
Price destroyed him in the amateurs.
Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
The poll is obviously pretty old, and to be fair, we were dealing with two different fighters. Fury at the time was a guy a lot of people thought lost fairly clearly against John McDermott, and had been dropped by fairly light hitting, smaller heavyweights. He looked fairly crude and his weight was fluctuating badly.
Ultimately the question about whether the Wlad win was a sign that Fury is brilliant or whether it was an awful performance by Wlad to lose against a fairly average opponent can still be asked. Some would tell you Tyson would bewitch the likes of Wilder and Joshua like some massive Mayweather, but I doubt those saying that would hand on heart be that shocked if both just wiped him out. We just don't know.

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
I was one of those who believed Price would have ko’d Fury if they’d met when they were supposed to, before Fury ducked out and went off to fight for the Irish title instead.
I still believe that was the most likely scenario given where each fighter was in their respective careers, but there’s only one winner now - Price’s confidence is totally shot, and he’d probably collapse from nervous exhaustion within a few rounds.

Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
Even if Fury has been inactive and is vastly overweight, Price still doesn't deserve to be in the same ring as him! Maybe if he beat someone halfway decent but his last decent win was years ago and at domestic level! He's never even beaten a fringe contender at world level!
If Fury comes back I'd rather see him in with a durable opponent who'll give him rounds, not someone who's gonna fold like a cheap deck chair after the first decent dig lands! That's not gonna do Tyson any good at all....

At this point I'd say any ring activity, and victory would be doing Tyson good.Stuarty30 wrote: ↑28 Nov 2017, 16:40 Even if Fury has been inactive and is vastly overweight, Price still doesn't deserve to be in the same ring as him! Re: WHO WINS? Tyson Fury vs. David Price
I'd much rather see him get some rounds. Id even rather see a third Chisora fight rather than Price and that's saying something......!gilgamesh wrote: ↑28 Nov 2017, 16:42At this point I'd say any ring activity, and victory would be doing Tyson good.Stuarty30 wrote: ↑28 Nov 2017, 16:40 Even if Fury has been inactive and is vastly overweight, Price still doesn't deserve to be in the same ring as him! I knew there had been a poll bumped in recent days. Assumed this was it.
