Tyson Fury Poll

Post by Stuarty »

Now I'm admittedly a bit of a Fury fanboy and I've missed the big fecker! With his day of reckoning drawing near I just wanted to know what folk on here think? Straight question. Did he take PEDs or didn't he?

Personally I don't think for a second he knowingly took PEDs. The way this has been handled has been disgraceful and I hope it comes to a swift conclusion next week!

In the big mans favour of course.....

FairPlay Stuart your spelling and grammar is top drawer for 3am.

I say yes. Doesn’t seem the type of guy you can force or trick to do anything.

I say "no", but he knowingly took the nose bag and knowingly refused the test so I still think he's in trouble regardless. There's a separate thread on this but UKAD can't afford for him not to be found guilty...

I don't know, but he sure did it at an odd moment if he really intended to cheat

Love listening to Fury and he is hilarious but wouldn't believe a word that comes out of his mouth.

The fact that he refused a test is more important than the actual positive test

I just recogniced Peter Fury cheering with Rico Verhoeven, heavyweight champiom of the world in kickboxing, former trainingspartner of Tyson Fury. Rico Verhoeven just won his match against a 6ft9 260 pounder from Marocco.

I'm a bit like Stuart here and say no but it might be because I'm a massive fan of Fury. Fury is a very good talker and seems very persuasive so is that another factor?

I think if he did, it would've come out by now. I don't think Fury is the type of person that would be able to keep it in. He has talked about the positive cocaine test briefly.

Either way, I think the outcome of the legal case is not going to be good news for Fury and his fans.

Would love the big man back in the ring as soon as possible.

He snorted coke, owned up to it and has been mucked around ever since. It's almost like he is being made an example of. And I think it sucks.

Well if he took Nandrolone its injected so I'm sure he would know if he had a prick.
However its a strange one to take for a big guy like him as its a a bulking drug and I can think of better options.
So I'm not sure as I say if he did its a poor choice of drug :geek:

The talk is that is was from eating Offal.

Too many unanswered questions about the Nandrolone charge but it won't matter because he is getting banned for refusing I provide a test sample.

All will be revealed in a few weeks.

You can't dismiss the fact that he failed a test and refused to take another just because he's a character.

No, uncastrated wild boar is the only logical reason here. Case closed.

Something about the entire case stinks - he could have been banned for 1 year and back by now - it’s the 2.5 years and counting - something doesn’t add up.

If UKAD had made such a mess of the case - Fury could potentially sue them for loss of earnings in excess of 50-100m.

Well Hughie being involved makes it interesting too, that maybe there is something in the camp and how they work.

Someone earlier said that he chose an odd time to take it which is naive to the extreme as it may have been when he was caught but that does not mean it was the only time he took it. Maybe he was always on the juice, a drug test is really just a stupidity test really as most semi intelligent people should be able to pass it, least that is what I am led to believe.
