Tommy Ryan being the WBO Champion, and having been ducked for quite a while before finally receiving his richly deserved crack at a World Title knows all too well what it's like to be lost in the shuffle while less deserving guys get the opportunities that should be coming to you.
So with that in mind he offers a title shot to the criminally overlooked Mickey Walker. Walker has risen to #2 and has been on a hell of a winning streak. I doubt he'll turn Tommy down, but if he does I'm sure it won't be hard to find another challenger.
Nino has now defended his Light Middleweight title twice winning a Rubber match with Sandro Mazzhingi and beating Mayweather (the man he won the title from) a 2nd time. While he could go on as Light Middleweight Champion for the rest of the season he feels it would be more of a noteworthy achievement to become the 3rd member of the BrainTrust stable to bring in World Title Gold.
