Who needs him Club

Post by horndawg80 »

I'm going to put Asinia Byfield in here..........
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/717445

He's a Reading boy and the boxing club in Woodley, Reading is making a few small noises as there are a handful of boxers coming through the ranks there. I know it is typically not known for any boxing tradition but I'm pleased to see my home town coming through.

Anyway, Asinia made a rant recently about not getting any fights as he is high risk / low reward. I can't post the snapshots as I don't know how to insert images but my bro showed my on Facebook.

I think he would give Brook a better challenge than Sergey Rab but Eddie wouldn't entertain that! Also Ted Cheeseman is fighting Tony Dixon tomrrow! Come on Eddie, screw that give Asinia a challenge.

CAN YOU THINK OF ANYONE ELSE IN THIS CLUB?

There used to be a pub in Reading, near the Mandela Estate, that was full of boxing memorabilia.

I'm going back about 30 years.
