I'm more referring to the fanboy tag in general. I've been a hell of a fanboy these last 30+ years! I genuinely believe I go to more shows per month than trolls like Dirk have in a lifetime. And I'm a fanboy.

I'll be honest; I stopped going to shows when i stopped getting press passes. I'm no troll, but I like the comfort of my sofa and not being surrounded by coked up larrakins, I'm too long in the tooth.

Most I go to are amatuer, no press passes. I do troll occasionally in OT, not often in here, unless it's someone who's opinion I have zero respect for. Like Dirk.

It's not about going to shows. It's about your bizarre refusal to see anything wrong with Fury, his associates, his team, his promoters, his management, his Twitter comments about all and sundry, his drug charges. Everything essentially.

Much as it’s disappointing that Tyson & Hughie to admit the charges, do any of us really believe that any of the other top heavies are clean athletes? Cos I definitely don’t.

Does anybody else think it's dodgy that ukad done nothing for 2 years then as soon as matchroom start talking about a joshua fight with Fury it all gets sorted in a matter of weeks an Fury is free to fight again.

Theres too much money involved in this sport for me to believe anything regarding testing.

With Joshua at the popularaity level he's at now making the amount of money he is I believe you could inject him with a gram of test an tren a day before his test an he wouldn't test positive.

Now that people are talking about Fury again he's suddenly ok to fight. Doesn't add up

Is it not possible AJ is clean? I am arm chair fan as opposed to someone who has inside experience of the industry and professional gyms but can he really not be a naturally impressive physical specimen?

I’m sure Toby will be along shortly to explain why AJ’s gains are...’unlikely’

It is highly highly unlikely mate. The mass he has packed on since when he first burst on the scene, and distended gut, is clear signs of HGH and steroid use

AJs physique is not one you get from full time boxing training, there's some gear "cycles" involved in there 100% imo

I find it amazing that people still use steroids given the horrific toll they have on your body. Is it really worth it?

not sure its specifically steroids. Maybe hormone blockers, testosterone etc. Theres so much stuff out there nowadays but AJ is not a natural athlete, no chance...

I hate to besmirch any fighter who never tested positive, but that physique just doesn't look natural. Too shredded and too bulky. To build a physique a like that doing loads of cardio just doesn't add up.

Guy I buy my powder off of is a mad roid head. Lovely guy but goes through wee phases of being on roids and patches em for a while inbetween. Now when he's off em he's a bit of a chub. When he's on them he's not really pure jacked but he's well well built looking. He coaches MMA. Nice guy and quite a cool cùnt. Sells em round the clock as well!

Exactly right

Be impossible to get that look from full boxing training

Very interesting topic and fascinating insight. I'm obviously very naive about this subject.

I previously read great articles about doping in athletics and cycling and they are clearly not clean sports. It was an eye opener and these continuous stories about Wiggins and froome are really not a surprise once you know the culture of that particular sport. It follows that boxing could and would be similar, particularly given the physical dangers of competing.

I would say the wider public would be ignorant to the possibly of people like AJ doping.

I hear the 'informed' comments about Joshua's build ,and I can't comment obviously, but Frank Bruno had a very similar build. Are we saying that 30 odd years ago Bruno was taking PEds?
Again, I don't know enough, but I've never heard of someone taking these 'bulking' substances and running long distances or being able to last 12 hard rounds? Its seems to me that they don't help with stamina.
