Segei Dzindiruk will make his first defence of the WBO title against Sebastian Lujan - him of the ear falling off vs Margarito fame. Tough homre Lujan and I can think of worst opponent for a first defence, but you have to favour Dzindiruk to outbox and outclass him. Don't think Lujan has the size to hurt Sergei and the champ should outbox him at a canter.
Zsolt Edrei will defend against an Aussie named Paul Murdoch, never fought away from Austrailia or New Zealand and has a record of 25-5-1 with 16 KO's... Hasn't beaten or lost to anyone of note and has held the Pan austrialisan (or something like that) belt for 5 years. He has campaigned as a Crusierweight..
Look a poor match up, how does this Murdoch warrant a shot I don't know.
Laun Kransiqi will make his comeback vs US Trial Horse David Bostice, decent enough opponent to comeback against for the 34 year old (I still don't believe that) world contender. Bostice gave Brock a decent fight, and its about the right level for Kransiqi to comeback against IMO.
Opponents named for the German based champions.

He looks much older than that..... Seeing him doing commentary in a suit, he looks early 40's.Razor wrote:Well how old do you think he is?stujones wrote:Segei Dzindiruk will make his first defence of the WBO title against Sebastian Lujan - him of the ear falling off vs Margarito fame. I suppose we can't all be blessed with boyish good looks and charm, but I don't think Krasniqi is exactly helped by the heavy brow and neanderthal-like appearance. A friend of mine same age as me had one hell of a caveman look, and looked about 40 when we were about 15. The way the guy looked you'd swear he was born when he was 22.
