Can anybody let me know why Michael Soro is in number 11 and Brian Carlos Castano who won againts him is in the number 12?

It was a split decision with minimal score margins so Castaño JUST passed Soro (121 points against 120) in post-fight ratings. Soro has since gained a point by beating Montero while Castaño hasn't seen any action.
