great business man, been chosen by loads of good fighters, has lots of good and high level pbc fights, is getting boxing out there on tv networks far more than any other us boxing company.

oh ya, and how often do you see haymon fighters or former haymon fighters who retired going off on him?they seem to really appreciate the work hes done for their careers and i think are being genuine when hes often the first person they thank.

but for some hes of the wrong demigraphic, and focuses on helping mainly hispanic and black boxers (no duh, theres hardly any good white north american talent), which apparently many find offensive

you can cherry pick some garcia v salka fights , some fighters being inactive, but get the f@ck real if u dont belueve every other promoter, manager, etc does it. imo haymon trashing and anti pbc craze has to be the recent case of the most obvious 'demographic'bias. and yes i know ppl will come in moaning that that was brought up,

The PBC website lists 161 fighters from 25 countries, with the following list of men being classed as neither black nor Hispanic:

• Adam Kownacki
• Amir Khan
• Andrzej Fonfara
• Artur Beterbiev
• Artur Szpilka
• Beibut Shumenov
• BJ Flores
• Caleb Plant
• Carl Frampton
• Danny O'Connor
• Dejan Zlaticanin
• Ivan Golub
• Ivan Redkach
• Jordan Shimmell
• Kanat Islam
• Kevin Bizier
• Krzysztof Glowacki
• Lucian Bute
• Maciej Sulecki
• Patryk Szymanski
• Paul Malignaggi
• Phil Lo Greco
• Ryan Karl
• Sergey Lipinets
• Sergio Mora
• Sergiy Derevyanchenko
• Siarhei Rabchanka
• Steve Lovett
• Tomoki Kameda
• Travis Kauffman
• Tugstsogt Nyambayar
• Vanes Martirosyan

This list isn’t exhaustive, since I don’t believe that every single Al Haymon-affiliated fighter is actually listed on the PBC website (i.e. Thomas Oosthuizen & Lee Selby).

Al Haymon is not a promoter. He's an advisor/manager. He has established a partnership with promoters (incl. Eddie Hearn) to promote his fighters. Take a look at AJ's record for instance.

I thought Sergio Mora was of Italian descent, like Paulie Malignaggi, which means he’s not Hispanic. BJ Flores is a pasty white dude who is probably of mixed heritage. He doesn't fit the purely black/Hispanic demographic that people wrongly assume that Al Haymon exclusively works with. I could be wrong about him though...

The rest of the guys I listed are all affiliated to Al Haymon's PBC and the none of them adhere to the purely black/Hispanic stereotype.

Al Haymon is a lung cancer of boxing choking the sport by having his boxers fight very seldom and preventing good fights from happening. I vote for haymonectomy.

Irrelevant. That's like saying he gives to charity. I couldn't care less, he destroys divisional competition. A guy like Adonis Stevenson could have had big fights that fans wanted to see. Fck Al Haymon i hope he goes bankrupt and never manages/promotes another fighter again.

Has a good stable of fighters. I wish they'd fight more than once a year, but there's a lot more just regular cards on TV these days so all things considered I ain't complaining.

To be fair, Haymon and GYM tried to orchestrate a bout between Stevenson and Kovalev, but Krusher declined the opportunity to take the bout.

When Adonis left HBO he basically left the Kovalev fight....I could really care less, Adonis got lucky and beat a fighter Dawson who was a shell of himself and Adonis built a career of it,,good for him glad he got paid for low risk fights. Mean while the hated Kovalev was one of the fighters animating boxing...

Well it's a fact that Sergey Kovalev rejected a guaranteed opportunity to fight Adonis Stevenson even after the Canadian made the jump to Showtime.

Google it if you don't believe me. Krusher and Main Events refused to participate in the WBC's purse bid, despite being that organisation's mandatory challenger whilst holding belts from the other organisations.

You can pretend it didn't happen, if that's your preferred narrative, but if you did decide to fact-check my claims, you'll surely realise that I am 100% correct! :TU:

The truth hurts, eh? :lol:

Stevenson

2017-> Fonfara

2016 -> Thomas Williams jr

2015-> Sakio Bika

2015-> Kaprency

######################

Kovalev

2017-> Andre Ward

2017->Shabransky

2016 -> Andre Ward

2016 -> Issac Chilemba

2016 -> Jean Pascal

2015-> Jean Pascal

2015-> Nadjib Mohammedi

Their records speak for themselves in the 4 years from 2015-2017 Kovalev has fought 7 times twice against the p4p #1 fighter and Stevenson's toughest opponent Fonfara?

I'm pointing out real-world facts though, but you're more motivated to "hate" for the sake of "hating", even if your claims conflict with reality.

I'll give you another example, if you'd followed GBP's miserably-failed Ali Act lawsuit they filed against Al Haymon, it was proven in court that HBO's affiliated promoters actively refrained from working with Haymon's fighters, unless mega-bucks was involved.

In fact, it was one of the reasons Oscar De la Hoya's lawsuit was dismissed so quickly, which also prevented him from appealing.

If you don't believe me, Google it.

It's your prerogative to hate Al Haymon, if that's what you feel compelled to do, but don't ignore real-world facts and also apply your derogatory opinions in a consistent manner (i.e. you cannot make Haymon your sole target of your hatred whilst ignoring either the same or more severe actions committed by fighters and promoters from "the other side of the street").

Simply put: don't be hypocritical; don't ignore facts; and don't apply double-standards!
