Where Loma's record rates

Post by slappy »

What Lomachenko has done in his first dozen fights is amazing. World titles in two weight classes and a run of opponents that includes Russell, Walters, Rigo, Salido, etc.

Are there any other fighters in history who have jumped from amateur to pro like this or gone straight into this level of competition in their first ten fights?

NO... and Salido shouldn't even be included with Russell, Walters, and Rigondeaux because he's a shitt fighter.... The only threatening blow he delivered to Mikey Garcia was a smashing head to the nose that ended the fight on a smashed nose foul.... He threw more than 50 low blows against Lomachenko -- with only quick hand gesture warnings from Laurence Cole that were never heeded.... There has never been a worse robbery.

But nobody ever won a Lineal Featherweight World Title who had only 2 pro fights.... Nobody ever became a 2-Division World Champion who had 7 fights.... And you know when the Gary Russell fight was made Loma's haters said Russell would dust his pants and stop him and embarrass him and all kinds of crap... Then the next thing they said was he had to fight Walters and he would get canned... Then they kept saying Rigondeaux was the world's best boxer and would beat Lomachenko... Idiots like Vivek Wallace and other haters...

Then when Loma dominated again these same haters bitched an moaned about the age and weight... Now it looks like they've taken the Mikey Garcia fight and trashed it.... Mikey heads for 140... Nice.... After shaking hands with Lomachenko, posing for pictures with him and getting a lot of speculation going about the fight .... he FOs

Vasyl Lomachenko is so unorthodox when it comes to his fighting style and his boxing career. Unlike almost all of his contemporaries, Lomachenko was facing relatively strong opposition right from the beginning.
