Does anyone know if this is headlining the show? Great fight, but is it too small to headline the O2? Is Whyte meant to headline or is that not happening?

Fwank nearly filled the venue with DeGale-Groves and had it on PPV at a similar stage in their careers. Camp Edward has priced this one much lower today than that was seven years ago so has got to be hoping for a complete sell out.

Whyte been pushed back to march I believe, so this must be headlining

Have to disagree with the comparison to Degale and Groves.

Chamberlain and Okolie are area level right now. The best win between them is Wadi Camacho.

Degale and Groves were British level. Degale beat Paul Smith in his backyard headlining the Echo a solid British level win. Groves beat Kenny Anderson on the Haye Harrison undercard which was a similar level of win.

Also the "beef" between Groves and Degale was genuine. Okolie and Chamberlain is clearly manufactured.

The crowd will be similar to that Buglioni fight a few months back. It should be at Bethnal Green or Copperbox maximum.

But Eddie will have had the venue booked for Wilder v Whyte and probably put a decent deposit down he couldn't refund. There was a similar situation for the Buglioni fight. He planned that date for Degale v Callum Smith.

2,000 were at the Buglioni show, despite Frank being the biggest ticketseller of all time.

I really like the card, I think Okolie v Chamberlain will be a cracker. Cheeseman v Jones will be a good tough fight as well. I expect Felix Cash will be in his toughest fight, as he should be one of the next prospects emerging in 2018.

But at the O2? I think the atmosphere will be dead, far to big of a venue for this card.

Couple of great fights, but Okolie Chamberlain headlining now at the O2? Eddie last week told Behind the Gloves this was a York Hall fight at best and couldn't headline the O2... now this week he'll be telling us get on Stubhub quick coz it will sell out and it could have been PPV :stop: :stop:

Is Eddie really that deluded to put this on in the 02? This is going to be a very poor attendance especially with Whyte being off the card completely.

Some serious brainstorming needs to be done at matchroom HQ about plans for 2018 otherwise allegedly will well and truely be cementing his place back as UK No 1 promoter- arguably he has already.

Chamberlain wins this.
No need to rush Okolie.
He’s powerful, got pedigree but he’s so raw.
Needs more time before a fight like this.
Disappointing from Matchroom. Awful card for 02.

Ohara Davis is on the bill too. Hopefully he'll get a meaningful opponent.

No this isn't on DeGale vs Groves' level - at the moment this is more like Spencer Oliver vs Patrick Mullings - two exciting prospects with big futures.

Excellent fight if this happens.

Degale v Groves was also not originally the headliner, it was meant to be chief support to Cleverly v Braehmer, but was bumped up the bill when Jurgen pulled out.

Clev was only a token headliner. The entire show was built around DeGale and Groves.

Crazy that so many seem hung up about the venue, forgetting the fact the fight is one similar to what we demand as fans. Take your expertise in business and put it to one side and appreciate what could be a good night of boxing. I mean we'll be watching on TV anyway.

Should have got Frank Buglioni on the card. Tickets would have sold out in 30 seconds and all been on stubhub at 4 times the price by now if he was.
