Re: Jeff Horn vs Gary Corcoran - Dec 13th in Brisbane
Fighters don't owe us anything I believe , they are Pros and exist to make money and set themselves up for life. Take the Mundine fight but not 50/50, he needs Jeff more than the other way around.
Re: Jeff Horn vs Gary Corcoran - Dec 13th in Brisbane
The offer is 2 Million to horn, win lose or draw. Thats 1 million more than Horn offered Mundine not long back.
Should be an easy night for Horn. Seeing as Mundine is 42 and appears shot. It would be a sellout.
Horn was 7 kilos over the 147 limit a week before Corcoran so a catchweight of 160 should be no problem. Nice little warm
up earner for Horn.

Can someone tell me who the US broadcaster who works on Top Rank Australia? He’s got a gruff, deep voice but is brilliant. He is well known I think but I don’t know his name.
It’s not Teddy or Joey T but it is bugging me. I know he commentated on Horn V Gary C most recently....

Bob Arum Reacts To Rumors of Jeff Horn vs. Anthony MundineTEAMPRETTYBOY1 wrote: ↑13 Dec 2017, 22:33 Horn vs Mundine,is on,i just hope Mundine can get past,Tommy Browne,
So is Jeff Horn seriously contemplating a fight with Mundine and is it an option?
Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, who alongside Dean Lonergan has an interest in Horn, says - "The answer is no and no. He's not seriously contemplating it because he doesn't have that option."
"I can't say what it is but we've made plans for the next fight for Jeff Horn."

I can see Horn fighting Anthony pending the result of the Crawford fight.
If he's beaten and doesn't see any reputable fights in his immediate future, why not take the money and the domestic interest that a Mundine fight would generate? It does nothing for his career, only his bank balance. But could also be a decent rebound fight before pursuing intl options again.
If he wins against Crawford, then there would be no reason at all to pursue a Mundine fight
However like it or not, Mundine still generates interest amongst the regular punters and putting the man who beat Pacman up against "The Man" would still get your average joe's interest.
