Salido: "Lomachenko is 'No Mas Boring' - Bores Opponents"

Post by Ruthless-RKO »

“I always give the fans the best fights that I can. Win, Lose or Draw the fans know that they are going to get their moneys worth. Boxing is entertainment and the fans deserve to be entertained. Not sure what Lomanchenko and Rigondeaux was, but it sure wasnt entertainment. I keep hearing it was historic, it might have been that since it was the first time a guy hurt his hand in a ring without landing a punch and another one wins a fight without landing a significant one,“ said Salido.

“I think 'No Mas Boring' is a better nickname for Lomachenko. He should go in there and fight and take care of business and not wait till the other guy gets bored in there. He might be the best boxer in the world but is not even close to been the best fighter in the world.“

That was actually funny when talked about it being historic. Salido spitting out the truths about his son.

And just when I thought that I couldn’t love Salido any more, he goes and creates this gem.

He’s so right. If Loma is SOooo great then why doesn’t he knock these fighters out? Truth.

Yes, it is boring to get hit and not being able to hit back. Salido knows that he would be humiliated in the rematch as others, so he keeps ducking.

He was a welterweight and had to low-blow his way to a split decision 'win'... against a man in his second pro fight.

yes orlando prob angling for rematch. got a feelng wed see loma more agressve vs orlando. wanting to punish hm. but orlando just got beaten up. loma needs 2 good fights next year for a rematch to be acceptable to me.

but than again though orlando faded remember ppl hold the loss aganst loma even though was close and hed had just 1 pro match. how many others of 1 match go 12 and come on strong vs that level? thats every much as a factor as orlando havng faded now. just an unreal experence difference when consderng that orlando also was world class or at least operatng around that. not just some losing journeyman.

You're SOooo dumb.... A stoppage IS a knockout... Those guys appear on Lomachenko's KO record... They know they're going to be knocked out so they quit BEFORE they get KO'd... Rocky Martinez's corner even said they were going to stop it if he didn't do more... So he tried to throw something and got smashed on the chin in a spectacular KO shot... That's what you try to avoid when you're not landing anything on Loma and he's getting closer and closer to tearing your head off.

He now has 7 straight KO wins... The guy you love is a fouling bastard who couldn't beat Rocky Martinez in 2 tries.

In true loser fashion, you have to change the discussion to fit your need. The bottom line is that Loma didn't beat Salido so now Salido can talk all he wants....which also means that I can do the same. Chump. Go on and tell me how unfair the ref was that night.....make some excuses for the loss you tool? Just like the rest of them.

You can't realistically argue with Salido.

For the most part the Mexican has been an all action warrior during his career, while Lomachenko is a cautious mover who failed to engage with a much smaller, older Rigo.

He gave the shrimpy aging Cuban far too much respect. Lands about 18% of his punches when he should have been on top of Rigo and mugged him.

So yeah, Lomachenko is a dull fighter. Effectively dull, but dull nevertheless.

Most fans would prefer to see a Salido donnybrook rather than a Lomachenko recital.

..right, Loma bores them to such an extent they would rather quit on their stool than confront the boring Lomachenko for 12 rounds..and obviously the sooner they quit the more bored they have been ...
