Arguably, this thread isn't about the Current Scene. But it also is, because Takuma Inoue is fighting Kentaro Masuda on 12/30, and I want people to know about that.
Anyways, the main page's "Schedule" seems to contain various 1-star and 2-star fights. But it isn't showing Takuma Inoue vs Kentaro Masuda on 12/30, and that is a 3-star fight. I assumed that the main page's schedule would show all fights of a certain star rating and above. But apparently not. It apparently just shows sh*t fights and not good fights. So my question is: what system does the main page's schedule actually follow?
FYI, the reason I consider Inoue - Masuda to be worth following is that Inoue is a divisional #9 fighter at the age of only 22, which makes him among boxing's very great prospects. Masuda is among the highest-rated fighters that Inoue has ever fought, aside from Teeraphong Utaida (btw, holy sh*t, Inoue beat a divisional #6 fighter when he was just 18 years old and 1-0). That makes this fight a valuable step for Inoue. It is not a blockbuster 5-star fight, but considering that the main page schedule is showing 1-star sh*t like Shimizu - Mancito, and considering that there's basically no more great fights until January 20th, you would think that the schedule would at least make us aware of the halfway decent fights that are worth caring about, like Inoue - Masuda.
